Is it possible to order more than one box per order?

At the moment it is only possible to purchase ONE Create-your-own box per order. This is for technical and logistical reasons during processing.

It is possible to order several Ready-To-Go or Deluxe Boxes in one order, but they will all be sent to the same address. So if you want to send several boxes to several specific people, order each box individually and complete each order separately before you continue shopping. In case you would like to hand over the boxes in person, you can of course order several Ready-To-Go and Deluxe Boxes at once to your own address and save shipping costs :-)

When will my box be delivered?

BAIABOX will ship your order within 2-3 working days and you will be informed by e-mail. The shipping time is usually 1-3 working days (Netherlands) and 3-5 working days (Germany). Unfortunately, at peak times there may be delays with the shipping service providers over which we have no control. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you always order your boxes well in advance.

I would like to order an individual box, is that possible?

We will be happy to create an individualized gift box according to your personal wishes and budget. Please contact us at hello@baiabox.com!

Can I return a box?

Of course, our ultimate goal is for you or the person receiving the gift to be happy with your/ their box. If this is not the case or a product is damaged, please contact us at hello@baiabox.com and we will look for a solution together.

BAIABOX was founded in the summer of 2023 with a clear mission: revolutionize the art of gift-giving in the digital age. Deeper connections with people through personalized gifts.

It's not always possible to be there for special occasions in person, which is why I wanted to create a product that allows you to still be a part of those moments, even from a distance. I enjoy sending gifts to my family and friends when I can't be there myself, and I realized that the perfect gift didn't exist, yet. That's why I came up with the idea for BAIABOX: Giftboxes that you can either customize yourself gift or choose from our ready-to-go collections, personalized with your message.
